Position Overview: As a Work from Home Architect, you will be responsible for creating CAD designs and producing proposed and previous elevation plans for various projects. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in architectural software. The ideal candidate will have a certification or significant experience in architecture, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Responsibilities:
- Develop CAD designs for residential and commercial projects according to client specifications and industry standards.
- Produce proposed and previous elevation plans to showcase design concepts and project progress.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Provide input and recommendations on design elements, materials, and construction methods.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of design revisions and project updates.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to address concerns, provide updates, and solicit feedback.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architecture and design.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture or related field.
- Certification in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup).
- Proven experience in CAD design and producing elevation plans.
- Strong proficiency in architectural software and design principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Portfolio showcasing previous architectural work and design projects.
