As an Internship Customer Service Representative you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers and prospective clients with their inquiries provide product/service information and resolve any issues or concerns they may have. This role is critical in maintaining a positive customer experience and a strong company reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone email or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information about products services and company policies
- Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
- Documenting customer interactions and transactions
- Assisting in processing orders modifications and returns
