Job description
This is a fabulous opportunity for an up and coming Branding Designer to join an established boutique agency and to develop in a tight-knit team.
We are looking for someone who will add to already great company culture, a diligent and detail oriented and adaptable operator.
REPORTS TO: Creative Director
OBJECTIVE: Deliver creative solutions that answer the creative brief and reflect the agency’s beliefs and aspirations.
SPECIFICATION:
- Work closely with the writers, creative and client service team at all times.
- Develop creative ideas and concepts to an agreed brief.
- Bring to life ideas across all media from print to motion and 3D
- A good understanding and/or experience of print and production, turning design into reality.
- Commission illustrators, photographers, etc.
- Storyboard, animate and assist on film projects.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Build genuine relationships and trust with clients
- Able to present ideas and concepts confidently to clients.
- Manage daily internal presentations with senior designers.
- Professional approach to manage time and deadlines, including resourcing with our client service team.
- Ensure the client services team is informed of all outside purchases and of discussions with clients where contact reports, budgets or timings are needed.
- Strong design flair and up-to-date knowledge of industry software.

- Influence the clients, creative partners and each other through the power of narrative, clarity of thought and creativity.
- Learn - Opportunity to learn, grow and experience wider creative areas such as film, experiential, retail design etc.- working alongside our animation and film partners.
- Generate content for social media.
- Internally support interns and Art schools in helping to nurture young creative talent.
- A creative who leads by example.
- A self-starter, well organised and self-motivated this person is a big picture thinker and problem solver.
- Look for inspiration and motivation talks/exhibitions that will help you and the client team
