Senior / Principle Associate - Private Client - Norwich with hybrid working available
Client A highly regarded and forward thinking national law firm with an excellent client base and a Sunday Times 100 Best Company to work for.
Role - Based in Norwich, with occasional travel to London and Cambridge offices.
- Working alongside the Norwich partners on complex/high value matters, as well as running your own caseload.
- The work is varied, acting for a range of clients from landowners to entrepreneurs, and it is often necessary to work collaboratively with other teams e.g. real estate, corporate.
You
You will be an enthusiastic 4 year PQE+ solicitor with experience gained at a large regional or City firm, advising high net worth individuals and trustees on a range of issues including:
- estate and succession planning;
- inheritance tax and capital gains tax;
- complex Will drafting;
- trustee powers and duties; and
- establishment of trusts.
You will have experience running your own files, including financial management. Ideally, you will have completed/be working towards the STEP Diploma.
