SERVICE DESK ANALYST - 1ST LINE SUPPORT
LOCATION - GRIMSBY
SALARY - £120 PER DAY (INSIDE IR35)
3-MONTH CONTRACT
HYBRID WORKING (3 DAYS A WEEK ONSITE)
Your new role
The Service Desk Analyst will provide 1st Line support to a User base of circa 400 & provide support with IT equipment and systems.
What you'll need to succeed
The role will suit an experienced 1st Line Support candidate with excellent customer service skills. As part of the service delivery team you will be the single point of contact for users at all levels across the business. Therefore, the ability to communicate efficiently is essential.
Other key attributes of the role include - previous experience of working to support internal customers with IT related queries, troubleshooting, password resets, the ability to diagnose and prioritise incidents, creation of user accounts, application software support and experience working within agreed SLA's.
Additional required experience includes - Azure, Active Directory, O365, Intune, MDM
What you'll get in return
The day rate on offer is £120 per day (INSIDE IR35). This is a hybrid working pattern - 3 days in office per week. Contract for a minimum of 3 months.
