Job Title: English Teacher - 2 roles, 1 one year contract and 1 Permanent
We are seeking a skilled and passionate English Teacher to join our team at an outstanding Independent School in Windsor
The school has an Ofsted rating of "outstanding" and prides itself on delivering a high-quality, balanced, modern education to its students. The start date for this position is September 2024.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality and innovative English lessons that engage and challenge students.
- Develop happy and motivated young people, valuing their individual skills and abilities.

- Create opportunities for students to be imaginative, original, and work collaboratively.
- Understand and meet the diverse learning needs of each student, differentiating instruction as needed.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in English.
- Experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 levels.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English language and literature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
