Stephen James Consulting have a rare opportunity for a passionate senior sales professional to join one of our growing elderly care clients based in the South–East of England.

The Head of Divisional Sales is a newly created role, reporting into the SMT this pivotal role will support the continued growth of the care home portfolio across the South–East of England.

Focusing on the commercial growth across the private fee–paying market, along with having a positive impact on other business–related success across the care home portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the business objectives.
• Work closely with the leadership team to set annual goals and objectives, providing regular updates on progress and KPIs.

The Team:

• Lead the sales teams ensuring there is always alignment between marketing and sales activities.
• Train and develop the sales team to ensure they are kept updated with industry trends and best practices.

Enquiries and Conversion:

• Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to increase enquiries, show rounds and therefore admissions.

CRM System:

• Lead the implementation of a new CRM system, ensure the system is used effectively to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Monitor expenses and provide regular budget reports to the executive team.

The Market:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
• Analyse customer feedback and market data to refine sales strategies.

To be considered for this role of Head of Divisional Sales you will need the following experience:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or senior living industry.
  
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful sales strategies that deliver results.
  
• Previous experience managing a high–performing sales team
  
• Confident in using various reporting processes
  
• Experience analysing market and financial data, and presenting conclusions

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Full UK driving licence

The role of Head of Divisional Sales is offering GBP65,000 – GBP68,000 + Car Allowance with an excellent benefits and achievable bonus package, salary range is dependent on candidate experience.
