Continuous Improvement Manager
Corby, Northamptonshire £33-39K plus Benefits 8am-4pm, Mon-Fri
Are you a Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Manager looking for a autonomous position with a large international food manufacturer.
The role offers a fast paced and varied position, and the chance to make real improvements to site.
The role will focus on identifying then running improvement projects relating to quality, cost, processes and health and safety.
The Role - Full time, permanent, site based role with a large food manufacturer.
- Identify areas from improvement, using data analysis and process mapping tools.
- Run cross functional teams on improvement projects including costings and producing Gantt charts
The Person - Academic and working background in the manufacturing sector (ideally food or related)
- Experience in a continuous improvement position
- Use of lean six sigma, kaizen and other improvement tools.
- Experience of improvements projects.
