Lettings Negotiator - London (Battersea, Fulham, Clapham & Kensington)

Our client, a highly regarded Central London agency with offices across West and South West London is looking to strengthen various teams within their office network heading into the back end of 2023 following a strong summer performance wise too date.

As an agency, they are leading the market in many locations and are positioned perfectly to continue their expansion across London for years to come whilst taking advantage of positive market sentiment throughout the sector.

They are looking for self motivated individuals, people with enthusiasm and a will to succeed in a competitive market place and who pride themselves in delivering high quality work at all times, who believe in a good customer experience journey - this is something the business is built around.

• Ideally you will have a minimum of 6-12 months estate agency experience and preferably be based in London
• Strong graduates who are self motivated with a target driven approach would be considered if they have proven sales experience
• You must be well presented, hard working and have a firm appreciation for the London property market
• You need to be money motivated, driven by achieving targets whilst being a rock solid team player at all times
• Be focussed on a career move, we are looking for individuals who don't just want a job but who want to build their careers in property and who are willing to invest their time and efforts in doing so.

Package Details : Highly competitive Basic Salary with guarantee, OTE 60K + with company car and mobile
