Job Description

The UK Managing Director will:

With full support from the group HQ, you will have the autonomy of managing the business and motivating the UK team.You will be hands-on, you will be personally engaged in the sales and business development with a willingness to fully immerse yourself in the technical aspects of the company as well as at the commercial piece.

Your remit will be to grow the UK business whilst developing and small team of sales, service and back office. Selling tooling and associated equipment to medical, F1, universities and aerospace.

The Successful Applicant

The UK Managing Director will have:

* Completed technical education, ideally with further education in the field of engineering

* Profound expertise with main focus on tool clamping and milling technology

* Experience and success in technical sales

* Willingness to high volume travel in the UK

* The ability to work independently, an entrepreneurial mind-set and customer service orientation

* Managerial responsibility

* Outgoing personality, good communication skills and a self-confident manner at the customerWill suit a Head of; sales director, GM, Country Manager or Commercial lead
