The Opportunity
The purpose of the role is to provide a quantity surveying role at project level, interfacing with the project delivery team and reporting to the management team.

You will have the following qualifications & experience:
Essential
- Preparation and issue of EWN's and CE's to the supply chain.
- Assessment of applications for payment.
- Attend weekly and monthly commercial meetings at a project level.
- Monitor change control at a project level.
- The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies/attributes; BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying, with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in an NEC contract environment.
- Demonstrable understanding of both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract work.
- Proficient working knowledge of NEC4 main and subcontract contract forms.
Desirable
- NEC4 ECC Accredited Project Manager.
- MRICS – Chartered Member
- CEMAR experience.
- Nuclear Industry experience
- Defence Industry experience.
