Primary School Teacher | £150 - £180 Per Day | Birmingham, B12 | Asap Start | Full Time

LTF Recruitment are currently looking for a primary school teacher to join a school based in the Birmingham B12 area. The successful candidate will have qualified teacher status and be dedicated to contributing positively to learners' growth and development. You will be joining supportive team of teachers and teaching support staff, in a warm and welcoming primary school, known for its inclusive and positive approach.

Role Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and informative lessons to students
• Adapt teaching methods and resources where appropriate to meet individual needs
• Build positive and nurturing relationships with students, fostering their growth and development
• Continuously monitor and track students' progress
• Work collaboratively with the schools SLT, Teachers & Teaching Support Staff to promote a positive school ethos

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - ECTS welcome to apply
• The ability to manage classroom behaviours and engage students with learning
• Knowledge & experience of supporting learners with special educational needs
• Be motivated and ambitious with a goal to support children to reach their full potential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children
