Job Title: SEN 1:1 Tutor
Location: Oxfordshire, Didcot
Primary Industry: Education and Training
Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour
Qualifications: QTS, SEN Qualifications
Skills: SEN specialist, Working 1 to 1 with children with additional needs, Building a rapport with learners, Tailoring work to the individuals needs and interests, Plan and deliver stimulating sessions
- Provide 1:1 tutoring support to students with special educational needs (SEN)
- Develop and implement personalised learning plans based on individual needs and interests
- Build strong relationships with students to create a positive learning environment
- Create engaging and effective teaching materials to support learning goals
- Monitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
- Degree in Education or relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working with SEN students
- Knowledge of different learning styles and strategies for students with additional needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Additional training in specific SEN areas (e.g. , autism, dyslexia)
- Experience in creating and delivering tailored learning programmes

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
