What you will do in your working day

We are looking for a well presented, ambitious and reliable Sales Executive to work at our Hot Tubs Showroom. We have become the leading Hot Tub & Luxury Outdoor Leisure Retailer in the UK and need your help to be able to continue with our journey to further success. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we want a creative candidate that would enjoy contributing to creating a personal, unique and relaxing shopping experience to suit every budget and lifestyle of our customer demographic.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

• Confident proactive approach with all customers
• Upsell and cross-sell across a range of product areas.
• Working within a team environment and working on their own.
• Quick learning with the ability to learn in an ever-changing fast-paced environment.
• Working with Word, Outlook, Excel and computers in general.
  

Our stores are open 7 days a week, and you would be expected to work most weekends through the spring and summer and this also includes Bank Holidays, as these are high footfall/sales days for us.

The training you will be getting

Velocity apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, they will provide the skills necessary to succeed in the workplace and to expand future career prospects.

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their programme. Delivery method and location to be confirmed.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Business Administration, with training in how to:

·        Use multiple IT packages and systems in order to write letters/emails, perform financial processes and analyse data.

·        Produce accurate records and documents including emails, letters, files, payments, reports and proposals.

·        Exercise proactivity and good judgement, in order to make effective decisions based on sound reasoning.

·        Plan and organise a variety of different tasks in order to manage the expectations of colleagues at all levels.

·        Manage projects, including the use of tools to scope, plan, monitor and report.
