About the client:

Our client is a custom PC build company that specialise in gaming build computers for their customers worldwide.

The role

We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Operative to join a leading custom PC build company that specialises in creating high-end gaming computers for a global customer base. This role is crucial in ensuring that all products are handled with care, stored correctly, and dispatched on time.

Key accountabilities

• Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials.
• Picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock.
• Inspecting products for defects and damages and reporting any discrepancies.
• Organising warehouse space and keeping an immaculate environment.
• Operating and maintaining warehouse vehicles and equipment, adhering to safe operating practices.
• Assisting in inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits.

Skills & experience

• Experience as a warehouse operative or similar role.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems are advantageous.
