We are recruiting for a skilled fabric maintenance handyperson to complete general maintenance on several retail and commercial facilities across the Nort West region.
The role is a permanent position
Basic pay is circa 32500 basic, 40 hours per week
Mon-Friday days
Vehicle supplied
Overtime available
Fabric Maintenance Duties:
Complete basic PPM and reactive maintenance on the facilities
Complete repairs including patch painting, door locks, ceiling tiles, basic joinery etc.
Fire door checks
Compliance checks
General trade maintenance
Remedial works
Overlap with maintenance engineers were required
Log jobs on the CAFM system
Receive work via helpdesk and FM Manager
Requirements:
Physically fit individual
Experience of handyperson and fabric maintenance duties
Good client facing skills
Previous FM sector experience
Valid driving license
Ideally former fabric trade background
