REQUIREMENTS
To excel in this position, you should possess a strong working knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions. The ability to thrive in a team environment and effectively manage high volumes of invoices is crucial. You should have a natural inclination to stay busy and enjoy reconciling data and processing a significant number of invoices. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role and find satisfaction in a transactional-oriented position that involves regular interaction with customers and suppliers.
As an Accounts Assistant, you will be part of a medium-sized finance team operating in a shared service environment. Reporting to the Shared Service Leader, your responsibilities will encompass various crucial tasks. You will be responsible for efficiently processing supplier invoices, employee expenses, and international payments. Handling all invoice-related queries and reconciling supplier statements will be an essential part of your role. Additionally, you will contribute to the Accounts Receivable function, assisting in resolving any overdue debts, setting credit limits, and opening new accounts. You can expect a varied role working with a small and highly efficient team, utilizing tools such as Navision and MS Excel.
