Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of landscapers to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in hard landscaping, encompassing groundworks, paving, brickwork, fencing, general hard landscaping and soft landscaping.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards landscaping projects.
- Impeccable standards of workmanship and keen attention to detail.
- Well-presented, adhering to company uniform standards.
- Punctual and trustworthy to meet tight project schedules.
Person specification
- Experience:7-8 years in hands-on landscaping
- Leadership: Proven team management skills in a landscaping environment.
- Project Management: Successful oversight of large-scale landscape projects.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and review landscape drawings.
- Domestic Focus: Extensive experience in landscaping for domestic properties.
