Job description

Pulse seeks a determined Band 7 Care Coordinator to be welcomed into our client’s Early Intervention in Psychosis Service within a fantastic private trust based in St. Albans, Hertfordshire. This position will be available to start as soon as possible, working full-time hours for an initial period of 3 months.

The post holder will work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team providing high-quality Care coordination to Service Users between the ages of 16 and 65 (and their carers) who are experiencing or recovering from their first episode of psychosis. The core function of the service is to provide specialist assessment of people thought to be sharing their first psychotic episode and, if appropriate, initiate and complete the 3-year pathway as directed by the NICE Guidelines.
