Remuneration: Circa £100,000+

Description: Part or Full time Performer Dentist required for 2-5 days (flexible) in a busy, mixed, well established practice near Ballymena, Belfast
•             Up to 50% Private and 45% NHS
•             EXCELLENT PRIVATE POTENTIAL with a Practice Plan
•             Labs 50%
•             5 Fully computerised surgeries, SFD or Dentally Software
•             OPG, Sirona Chairs, fully digital radiography, Rotary Endo
•             Potential for principle dental associate role for the right candidate
•             Long standing support team, Hygienist/Therapist on site
•             Existing, well maintained list 
•             Support available by our local management with over 2 decades of clinical and management experience. 
•             Access to hands-on training, regular masterclasses, study groups/peer reviews and clinical support
•             Escellent Links to public transport, buses and trains
•             Denplan and Diamond Invisalign Provider
•             State of the art air conditioned surgeries
•             Practice offers implants, oral surgery and ortho.
•             30 minutes to Doncaster and Wakefield, 40 minutes to Leeds, 45 mins to Sheffield.

- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate

- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
