About the opportunity: A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Academy Head Chef to join our Performance department.

Leading and managing on the delivery of meals and supervising the day-to-day kitchen operation across all Finch Farm operations; where the facility will specifically meeting the nutritional requirements of the playing squads and management teams located on site, ensuring the food at the training facility is served to the highest quality and standard.

Working closely with the Executive Head Chef – Finch Farm and nutritional experts/coaching staff, you will have the opportunity to develop a diverse, interesting menu.

Other key responsibilities include;

Who we are looking for: Essentially, we are looking for an experienced Head Chef who has previous experience within a demanding environment and can demonstrate experience as a Chef in a catering environment serving fresh, nutritional food.

You must be comfortable working with a wide variety of demands and be flexible enough to support a team in an ever-changing environment.

This role is on a permanent contact, working 35 hours per week and is based within Finch Farm training ground in Liverpool (Halewood).
