Programme Lead - Org Design, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence

On behalf of our leading hospitality client we are looking for a vastly experienced Programme Lead to work in a 'stand alone' type role to lead a large programme around operational excellence, org design and process improvement. You will have a proven record as a specialist in this area and industry sector is less relevant but any exposure to Hospitality, Retail or FMCG would be useful. You will have excellent stakeholder management and integrity around sensitive data. Experience of optimising ROI and Cost Saving would be very useful.

Experience:

- Experienced and highly credibly programme lead
- Must have recent and in depth experience of Org Design, Process Improvement and Operational Excellence
- Multi sector background - any exposure to Hospitality, FMCG, Retail would be desirable
- Exposure to cost reduction and ROI (return on investment)
- Excellent stakeholder management
- 1 day a week in Burton on average
