Director of Engineering (IT, Software)

£100,000 - 125,000 Per Year
Description: Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Work with Clients to ensure smooth and successful implementation, delivery, and deployment of complex solutions. Qualifications Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills. Expertise in Software Development and Project Management Experience with integration technologies and strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple teams and projects effectively. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field Experience working in the technology industry. Experience with Agile methodology is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the customers FastTrack service customer and partner experience.
- Provide architectural guidance and advice to proactively help customers avoid issues, while removing roadblocks.
Key business metrics:
- Drive customer success and adoption
- Design, develop solutions using Power Platform tools like Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Bots Functional and unit testing of the application and components to meet the customer requirements
- Design and Develop Applications that meets the Standard Accessibility, Security and Performance
- Good Understanding on CDS and Model Driven Apps
- Should have 3-4 years of experience along with requirement gathering and documentation exposure
- Reduce time and cost to onboard
- Provide high quality data to help drive service improvement
