We have a great opportunity for a Region Workplace Manager to join our dynamic HR Team. In accordance with the Group strategies, policies and guidelines, You will be responsible for the design and development of a work environment based on Ferrero identity and values in the UK&I for all the companies of the Platform maximising the value brought to the business. You will guarantee the local governance of Ferrero Workplace Management scope in terms of cost and efficiencies, headcounts, office investment, services managed, whilst coordinating and supervising your WPM team. You will be responsible for defining the UK&I policies and procedures, manage, and guarantee an excellent Workplace Management service delivery while ensuring application of Group Workplace Management policies and guidelines - taking accountability for the Regional Agenda
General
The role of Region Workplace Management Manager involves yourself collaborating cross-functionally with HRBP and Internal Stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain a workplace aligned with evolving work practices and new technologies. The aim is to maximize value for the UK&I business within the Group framework, policies, and guidelines. Efficient, effective, and innovative projects will be developed and managed to create a comfortable, advanced, and attractive work environment while optimizing and rationalising Workplace Management processes in the UK&I region.
Responsibilities also include ensuring the application of Health & Safety guidelines, supporting the UK&I Wellbeing program, implementing sustainability initiatives, and actively participating in the international Workplace Management professional network. Contract OwnershipInvolves collaborating with the Procurement department to define specifications, implement service level agreements, and monitor overall trends with suppliers in the UK&I region. This includes maintaining relationships with suppliers, resolving issues related to Travel, Facilities, Fleet, and other services, and managing service development and improvement.
Policy Definition and ApplicationApplication responsibilities include ensuring the application of Workplace Management Group policies and guidelines, as well as defining and guaranteeing the application of UK&I policies and procedures.
Travel, Fleet and People ServicesThe focus is on ensuring a standard Travel and Fleet Experience aligned with Group Guidelines and Policies, managing Workplace Management service delivery with a people-centric approach, and training end-users on available tools and procedures.
Facility ManagementMaintaining the Ferrero standard identity in all UK&I offices, monitoring facilities costs and consumption, and optimising local costs through space occupancy analysis.
Workplace Management Budget & GovernanceThe role requires managing the UK&I budgeting process in collaboration with Regional HRBP and UK&I CFO/Controlling, monitoring costs, addressing concerns, seeking optimisation opportunities, and defining and preparing plans in alignment with the Group.
Platform Management Working effectively with different stakeholders, is responsible for the development plan of the platform.
Ensures consistency between the way of working of Ferrero and Related Companies.
Provides periodical update on the platform performance.
We are keen to meet candidates with solid relevant experience that enjoy teamworking and are comfortable in working within matrix organizations. For this role we value as well Project Management skills as well as sound budget management.
Experience in FMCG (covering both head offices and factories) will be preferred, combining strategy definition as well as active involment in any roll-out processes. We look for Managers that have already managed teams, and that are passionate about people.
