Senior Executive Recruitment Consultant. Search & Select is an established recruitment business which has been trading within professional office based recruitment for over 24 years. An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive Recruitment Consultant to join the business within the Financial Services/Tech/Professional Services space. We are looking for a consultant who has excellent experience within the recruitment industry either gained from the recruitment agency side or in-house with a proven track record. We are a fast paced and dynamic operation. The role will be all things recruitment and will be interesting and varied. It will include: Networking to develop local client and candidate relationships and maintaining the excellent relationships already built. Interviewing and assessing applicants to determine suitability for roles. Working across multiple sectors. Visiting client premises to gain an in-depth understanding of requirements. Managing and building upon the client and candidate portfolios. Introducing the array of services of the agency over the telephone, video calls, face to face and networking events. Supporting the Board/Management with day to day business activities. Business administration. This is a consultative role and will require an energetic, and motivated individual who is looking for a long-term move. You will ideally have a driving licence for this position.
