Are you an experienced Biology Teacher or current Biology TLR post holder seeking progression into a Head of Biology?
If so, Ribbons & Reeves are working with an excellent secondary school to appoint a Head of Biology for September 2024.
The successful Head of Biology will be confident in managing and supporting other teachers in the department to ensure lessons are fun and engaging across GCSE and A-Level. As Head of Biology, you will be responsible for the smooth-running day to day lessons and the overall Science/Biology department.

The school requires you to hold a QTS alongside a Biology undergraduate degree. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and will be confident in managing others. You must be able to show a high knowledge and understanding of Biology in order to push students to achieve their best.
