Position: Administrator - Wealth Management Firm
Location: Edgbaston (B15), UK
Salary - £25,000-£27,000 per annum

About Us: Join a rapidly growing lifestyle Financial Planning firm based in Edgbaston, Birmingham. As a directly authorised company, we specialise in providing comprehensive cashflow planning, pension, investment, and protection advice. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our well-established team as an Administrator, supporting advisers and delivering quality advice to clients.

What We’re Expecting of You:

• Literacy, numeracy, and attention to detail are crucial
• Excellent organisational skills, team player, and ability to work independently
• Hard-working, friendly, easy-going, and open to ideas
• Willingness to listen, learn, and improve skills

Receptionist Duties:

• Answering phones
• Preparing boardroom for meetings
• Greeting and looking after visitors, including clients
• Sorting and distributing morning post
• Organising and sending out post at the end of the day
• Keeping the office clean and tidy
• Managing stationery supplies
• Booking team meeting venues and sorting lunch orders

Full-time role: 8:45 am-5:00 pm Monday-Thursday & 8:45 am-4:00 pm Fridays
