Playback, Inverness's groundbreaking four-floor venue, is on the lookout for skilled and passionate Bartenders and Floor Staff to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

Mixology Mastery: Craft a diverse range of cocktails with precision and creativity, showcasing your mixology skills and contributing to Playback's unique beverage offerings.
Customer Engagement: Engage with patrons, take drink orders, and provide recommendations, creating a personalized and memorable experience for each guest.
Beverage Presentation: Ensure the impeccable presentation of beverages, aligning with Playback's high standards and contributing to the overall visual appeal of the bar.
Efficiency and Speed: Work efficiently to maintain a smooth flow of service during busy periods, prioritizing speed without compromising on the quality of drinks.
Adherence to Policies: Strictly adhere to responsible service of alcohol policies, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other members of the bar and floor staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable overall guest experience.
Bar Maintenance: Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and ready for service.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide attentive and personalised service to patrons, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable dining experience at Playback.
Menu Knowledge: Thoroughly understand the menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with menu choices and special requests.
Table Maintenance: Keep dining areas clean and organised, resetting tables promptly for new guests, and contributing to an inviting atmosphere.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate food and beverage service, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances overall guest satisfaction.
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment, adapting to changing circumstances, and contributing to the success of Playback's dining operations.
Customer Engagement: Build positive relationships with patrons, anticipate their needs, and provide recommendations to enhance their overall dining experience.
Hosting: Welcome and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of guests through the dining area.
Requirements:

Willingness to adapt, taking initiative in assisting the floor staff, glasswash, bar backing and even kitchen when required
Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
In-depth knowledge of mixology and a passion for creating unique and innovative cocktails.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a high-energy environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Team player mentality with a commitment to maintaining a positive work culture.
Adherence to health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract

Salary: Up to £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
