Director of Education (Primary)
Danes Educational Trust is based in southern Hertfordshire and has recently grown to be a trust of twelve schools comprising six primaries, five secondaries and a university technical college majoring in the creative arts. We are excited to expand our leadership to include a second Director of Education (Primary) to lead on aspects of school improvement across our six primary schools.
This is a fantastic opportunity to co-develop and implement a strategic approach to curriculum development and school improvement across all primary schools within our trust, working alongside school and trust leaders in providing the vision and effective leadership for primary education that creates a culture of high performance, and continuous improvement for all.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher with substantial experience in a senior leadership role within a school or trust. Evidence of successful performance management of professional staff; driving morale, raising standards and promoting a team ethos, ideally within a multi-site organisation will be key to success in this role.
