As a Product Developer & Social Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing their brand’s online presence through strategic social media management along with bringing new and exciting products to the brand. You will have the opportunity to engage with their audience, create compelling content, and analyse data to optimize their social media strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage and implement new products and manage their, promotion, sales and marketing
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage and maintain social media platforms, including creating and scheduling content
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply knowledge to improve social media presence
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community
- Collaborate with marketing team to create cohesive campaigns across multiple platforms
- Analyse social media data and generate reports on key metrics working with other digital experts
Experience:
- Proven experience in social media management, product development and customer services
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
