About the roleAdditional responsibilities include:
Identify the Digital Training needs of our clients and the best learning solutions to meet their demands.
Develop and implement an effective Digital Training commercial model, including volume pricing and subscription services for On-demand eLearning.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle of the Digital Training portfolio, from conceptualisation to launch and post-launch analysis.
Provide ongoing training to sales teams regarding the features and benefits of our digital products.
To be successful in this role
You’ll have strong commercial acumen with the ability to build solid and credible relationships with key stakeholders across the business. In addition to this, you’ll have:
Experience with e-commerce platforms and optimising user experience.
Proven experience in developing and implementing digital training strategies.
Experience in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle of digital products.
Experience of working with multi-national/cultural teams.
