A Public Sector Organisation based in Belfast, this role offers hybrid working.
Your new role
- Produce consultation documents, Enforcement letters etc, and issue the relevant documentation to Northern Ireland stakeholders in line with protocols and timescales, collating the responses.
- Upload of Alerts and Notices when required.
- Where appropriate, respond directly to enquiries from stakeholders and other Government Departments within the necessary timescales.
- Liaise with Agency colleagues, local authorities, OGD’s and other external stakeholders involved in relevant areas, working collaboratively to gather and disseminate relevant information.
- Participate in internal and external meetings, providing secretariat when required, disseminating information and building appropriate contacts.
- Collate, interpret and analyse data, produce reports, implement proposals and ensure that, where relevant, information is published on the website in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage existing databases and develop new ones as required in relation to the relevant policy areas.
- Represent by attendance at seminars, workshops and events as required
What you\'ll need to succeed
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of MS office packages
- Experience working with a range of internal and external stakeholders
