These are brand-new recruitment consultant roles, working within the Legal team for a leading recruitment business in their Cambridge office.

Our client has their people in the heart of everything they do, with loyal candidates and clients and valued employees.

You will have extensive recruitment agency experience in recruiting into Legal industry, or another professioanl services sector, with exposure to placing people in these industries.

The Role

These roles are a full 360-recruitment positions where you will take over a warm desk within the legal sector and have current active clients to utilise.

However, eventually you will also generate new leads, expand the company’s network and grow your own desk.

You will work collaboratively, within the successful legal recruitment team, with main aim of building business.

About You

• MUST have at least 2 years 360 agency recruitment experience in Professional Services
• Exceptional communication skills (Both verbal and written)
• Highly driven and self-motivated for success
• Confident and personal
• Professional and polished
• A keen, demonstrable interest in the Legal, Finance or Marketing sectors
