Role Accountabilities:
- Provide first-class clinical care, including consultations, procedures, and monitoring
- Manage clinical handovers and arrange transfers for out-of-hours or enhanced care
- Deliver exceptional client care with clear updates and issue resolution
- Adhere to the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance
- Prepare accurate estimates for clients, ensuring payment and minimizing debt
- Maximize capacity through effective utilization of clinical skills
- Proactively support and share clinical best practices within the wider veterinary community
Skills and Experience:
- Qualified MRCVS
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a small animal practice
- Competent in clinical examination and surgery (Surgery support available if required)
- Able to work confidently in sole charge or as part of a team
- Client-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
