INTERIM DISPOSALS SURVEYOR
ESSEX
Park Avenue are working on behalf of a Local Authority in Essex who require an Interim Property Disposals Surveyor on a 3-month rolling contract.
The council own a mixture of commercial, industrial and retail assets. They have a great team working on their disposals programme, and need someone forward-thinking and proactive to join. Your role is to assist in negotiating and selling assets to raise £200m in a pivotal debt recovery scheme.
You're required in the office and on site inspections 2-3 days per week, although they can be flexible for you. You need to have previous public sector experience, and extensive knowledge in Commercial property.
The hiring manager is looking for interviews to commence in the coming weeks (w.b 19/02) and to have the successful candidate in post by the end of February.
MRICS is required, along with a car for site inspections.
