We are a medium size care provider based in Ashford, Surrey providing hands-on support to those we care for and to the care staff we employ. MoreCare is currently recruiting talented Support Care Workers who share our vision and values. Work between the hours of 07.00-15.00 and 16.00-22.00
Please note this role is delivered in the community within the client's homes. It will involve driving or commuting to various locations in ASSIGNED AREAS
Must be able to work every other weekend
Responsibilities and Duties
The Senior Care Worker will monitor and supervise a group of care workers, care assistants and home carers.The individual in the role will be required to provide personal, practical, social and emotional support to people in their own homes, in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence. Provide and maintain a high standard of care to clients with various care needs, as well as promoting independence within a safe environment.
Qualifications and Skills
At least A Level, NVQ 3 or its equivalent, a first degree will be an advantage. Previous care experience is essential, however, training will also be provided.

Other Requirements
Car Drivers, including those with own car or ability to get one is essential. Role is delivered in the community within the client's homes. It will involve driving or commuting to various locations in assigned areas
