Job description
We are currently recruiting for a Welder/Fabricator to work for a busy manufacturing company based in Brighouse (HD6).
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, expanding business.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Primarily TIG welding and fabrication of aluminium structures
- Being responsible for all fabrication
- Ensuring the manufacturing schedule is achieved as quickly and efficiently as possible to meet targets and deadlines
- Use of various machinery e.g., punch tools, mitre saw, copy router, pillar drill
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Qualification and experience in TIG welding
- Previous experience in an Aluminium Fabrication based role
- Excellent working knowledge of hand tools and fabrication machinery
Hours:
- Day Shift, choice of either:
- Monday-Thursday, 07.00am-15.15pm or 07.45am-16.00pm
- Friday, 06.00am-13.00pm or 07.00am-14.00pm
- Shifts are not interchangeable once chosen
Salary:
- Hourly rate starting from £11.71 going up to £12.83 depending on level of experience
