You will work for an award-winning manufacturing company who are passionate about delivering the best possible products for their customers. They have had an internal promotion, meaning they are currently looking for a Commercial Accountant to join their team.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for preparing the management accounts for senior management. You will oversee the work of two direct reports and produce accurate and insightful analysis, as well as prepare the balance sheet recs, VAT returns and deliver month-end duties. You will liaise with internal non-finance teams, and be an excellent business partner who is able to recommend areas for business improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an ACA/ACCA/CIMA finalist or Qualified Accountant with experience of working in a busy finance function. You will need to be personable in your approach and commercially minded, comfortable holding meetings with senior management and presenting information. You will have done end-to-end management accounts and have business partnering experience, if you have worked in manufacturing or with products/stock this would be ideal.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will get a salary of up to £52,000 +10 bonus and excellent benefits. You will work 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
