About the role:
An exciting opportunity to join the Adult Social Care commissioning workforce to lead on contract management, brokering and brokerage reporting on Care at Home services including Domiciliary Care, Extra Care and Supported Living.
In conjunction with the Strategic Commissioning Manager, procurement colleagues, and legal services, develop and manage the implementation of brokerage contract processes.
About you:
What you will do:
To lead and manage the Care At Home brokerage team, providing staff management and leadership to support staff to achieve performance targets through setting vision and standards, coaching and development, and performance management.
To manage the design and delivery of brokerage systems and reporting mechanisms, providing evidence for future service review and ongoing system performance information.
To contribute to and work as part of the team to implement a strategy that includes a range of purchasing and market development arrangements, including framework agreements, price and volume contracts, Service Level Agreements, Individual Placement Agreements and Partnership Arrangements to secure the most effective and efficient use of resources.
