Due to our clients continued success and expansion, they are now looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to work as part of an established team.

Lettings Negotiator - The Person

You must genuinely enjoy dealing with people in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service.

Lettings Negotiator - The Role

Working in the Lettings Departments of this busy Agency.
Registering clients' details and matching them to available properties.
Carrying out accompanied viewings
Working closely with other Negotiators, sharing information to secure additional business.
The Lettings Negotiator will be part of an enthusiastic and driven team, working towards common goals.

Lettings Negotiator - You must have

Strong negotiation skills and good understanding of the local market.
A high level of commercial awareness.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Confident and able to work alone, as well as be part of a team.
The Lettings Negotiator must be able to work to targets.
A full UK driving license will be required for this position.
