Behaviour Support Assistant- Nuneaton

This fantastic behaviour support assistant position is the perfect opportunity for anyone who is looking to work 1:1 with pupils and has experience working with challenging behaviour. We are looking for exceptional candidates to work at a school based in Nuneaton. The school has an extremely caring community of staff and they are proud of their high expectations of behaviour.
Behaviour Support Assistant responsibilities:
You will be required to provide valuable 1-1 support for pupils with additional needs and challenging behaviours. You will be expected to support the teaching and learning of this pupil academically and most importantly, to help manage their social and behavioural difficulties. You must follow the school’s policies and procedures. This position is to commence ASAP and is for one full academic year, for the right person, working full time.
To be considered for the Behaviour Support Assistant role you should have:
A resilient, confident and supportive attitude.
The ability to quickly build positive relationships with staff, students and parents.
Strong and effective behaviour management.
Experience of working in schools and/or experience working alongside children with challenging behaviour.
Behaviour Support Assistant Salary and Benefits:
Competitive rates of pay between £80 -£100 per day depending on experience
24/7 Support and feedback from experienced education consultants.
