Production Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager in Milton Keynes to lead our production team to new heights. The company we are working with is a renowned designer and manufacturer of electrical solutions for the naval environment.
Package Up £50,000 depending on experience.

Role of Production Manager Take complete ownership of production output, ensuring the achievement of agreed targets.
Provide detailed performance and analysis reports to the Operations Director.
Proactively update the sales department on project progress
Implement training plans and provide coaching to foster the growth and development of the production team,
Collaborate with the production team leader to deliver productivity improvements and reduce inefficiencies.
Work with the supply chain to plan in-house machine shop production and coordinate material supply for production schedules.
Work with the QHSE Manager to contribute to the development of the Quality System.
Requirements Of Production Manager Must be able to travel to site in Milton Keynes
Proven track record of getting the best performance from team members.
Data-driven and analytical mindset, capable of producing quality reports to inform decision-making.
Good practical skills, ideally gained from experience in a low-volume electro-mechanical production environment.
Understanding of Environmental, Health & Safety regulations and regulatory compliance
Strong background in Lean Manufacturing techniques, particularly 5S, 6 Sigma, and process analysis.
Ability to achieve BPSS security clearance.
