Job description
Blue Penguin is looking for a full time Early Years Practitioner.
Duties: - Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Provide individualized care and support to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor and assess children's progress and development, documenting observations and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's learning journey.
- Support children in developing social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills through play-based learning experiences.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
`Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in an early years setting.
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and its application in early years education.
- Familiarity with child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
- Ability to create engaging and stimulating learning experiences for children.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
