Overview of the Role

Are you an experienced facilities or operations manager with a specialism in hard services, looking for an exciting opportunity, in a standout commercial destination in Romford? This role could be for you! With the opportunity to join a thriving managing agent Montagu Evans , you could be the new Technical Services Manager , of the Liberty Shopping Centre .

Your responsibilities will include:

• Efficiently managing and organizing M&E contractors to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensuring compliance and statutory health & safety requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels, including onsite tenants, the landlord, and more.

This role offers the opportunity to:

• Be a key player in creating and maintaining exceptional site standards, working with the wider team.
• Oversee PPM measures, and wider fit out & project work.
• Lead on all aspects of M&E at the commercial destination.

The right candidate will be:

• Experience in a customer facing environment, in a hard service focused role.
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualified and knowledgeable about compliance within the SFG20 standard.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team, and support other team members when needed.

The budget for this role is up to £65,000, inclusive of a wide range of perks and benefits.
