Do you have a talent for Revenue Management within a Conference & Events Hotel setting?
Following an internal restructure, we have a newly created opportunity for a Revenue Manager to join our team at De Vere Latimer Estate in Chesham.
As the Hotel Revenue Manager of this large conference and events led hotel you will define, implement and measure the pricing strategy for rooms, meeting spaces and all other revenue generating areas. You will provide regular forecasts, business reports and participate in the preparation of annual budgets, working closely with the General Manager, Director of Sales and our experienced Central Revenue support team. You will also work closely with our sales office manager and their team, providing them with support and guidance to drive sales and standards of service for positive revenue growth.
This is a full-time, on-site position working office hours Monday to Friday.
Your Skills & Experience:
You have recent experience as a manager in Revenue or Reservations within a Hotel, with experience of forecasting, business reporting and using Opera PMS, ORS and OWS systems.You enjoy working with people and supporting a team to learn and develop their knowledge and skills.
