Job description

Looking for some great Chef de Parties' to join us at The Crown and Wild Thyme and Honey in the gorgeous countryside in the Cotswolds

£13-£15 per hour depending on experience- Plus Tronc

Working towards a 4 day working week with the team, great opportunities to progress within the team and company with a fantastic group of Head Chefs in the business.

We are on the look out for great people who are passionate about Great British Hospitality .

Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or needs to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations

Skills:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant setting
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with coworkers
