Competitive Salary: £21,000 to £25,000 (DOE) plus £3,600 annual bonus (paid monthly in arrears)

Location: Redhill

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• To provide an efficient and effective service to customers, understanding their needs and requirements and working to exceed these.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with underwriters.
• Provide point of contact for customer enquiries, dealing with these through to a successful outcome.
• Question existing customers effectively to ensure renewal premium is based on correct information.
• Identify further selling opportunities (including up selling) and be able to close renewals effectively.
• Overcome objections to maximise sales opportunities.
• Explain the features and benefits of policies to clients.
• Accurately process documentation and send to clients in an effective and timely manner.
• Carry out any other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by your manager/team leader.

You will have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels with the ability to overcome objectives and negotiate potential sales. Holding a strong worth ethic and professional approach, you will be capable of handling heavy workload and a large book of clients. Strong customer service/Administration background is essential along with the drive and ambition to build a solid career within the insurance industry.
