Job description
Exceptional law practice located close to Kingston-upon-Thames are currently recruiting a qualified lawyer within the sector of Private Client, Wills and Probate for a Head of Department role and partnership.
The ideal person will be a qualified Solicitor or FCILEX and perhaps is already running a successful department or seeking that next step up, or you will already be a Partner within the Private client team.The successful candidate will have proven experience and knowledge in the preparation of Wills, Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and elderly client matters
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· High quality educational and technical background
· Self-motivated, self-confident and able to work with minimum supervision
· Able to relate to clients at all levels and demonstrate excellent levels of client care
· Good team player with collegial and collaborative approach
· Able to forge and develop business relationships with an enthusiasm for networking and business development
Salary is in the region of £80,000 along with a fantastic bonus structure.
