The number 1 specialist school in county is looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant for a full time role (term time only) starting ASAP. This is a fabulous opportunity for a Teaching Assistant that enjoys working on a 1:1 basis and is keen to support children with a complex need.

Applicants for this role need to be nurturing, patient and committed to making learning accessible to children with severe and complex learning difficulties. The school in question is award winning, rated ofsted outstanding and has a long waiting list due to its popularity in the local county. You would join a committed team and would support in the delivery of a creative, relevant and practical curriculum that meets the needs of the children's individual needs. This is a fabulous opportunity not to be missed.

This role is needed on a full time, permanent basis. It is a term time only role and you would be required to work Monday- Friday 08:30-4:30pm. ...

All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:
Teaching Assistant Qualification (desirable but not essential)
Relevant teaching Assistant and SEN experience (Must be able to provide references)
Eligibility to work in the UK

Responsibilities:
Supporting a SEN learner on a 1:1 basis
Supporting learners with a severe and complex needs
Working with the teacher to support the learning objectives
