Job Title: Care Home Manager
Location: Near Brighton
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced individual to join a dedicated team as a Care Home Manager for a medium-sized family-run care home near Brighton. My client is seeking a passionate professional with a proven track record as a Registered Manager, specialising in dementia care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring high-quality care is provided to residents.
Lead and manage a team of care professionals, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Utilise your extensive dementia knowledge to enhance the quality of care for residents living with dementia.
Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure individualised care plans are developed and followed.
Collaborate with external stakeholders, families, and healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a care home setting.
Strong background and expertise in dementia care.
Ideally, possess an NVQ Level 5 qualification or equivalent in Health and Social Care.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
